Plain terms for a small shop. Buying from Wolf & 60 means agreeing to these.

Orders

An order is accepted when we charge your card and send a confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel it — if a scent has sold out, if a price has gone up in error, or if an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel, you're refunded in full.

Everything is made in small runs, so stock is genuinely finite. Seasonal scents are poured for their season and are available the rest of the year by special order, at a special-order price we'll quote you before you commit.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change. Sales tax is added where the law requires it. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Discount codes

Our veteran and first-responder discounts run on honor. We don't make you prove your service to get a discount from a veteran-owned business. Please use them as intended — one per order, not combinable, and not for resale.

Returns

Opened product cannot be returned. Unopened product can, if you tell us within 7 days of delivery and it's back with us within 15. If the mistake was ours, there's no fee and we pay the postage. If you've changed your mind, you cover the postage and choose between full-value store credit or a refund less a 40% restocking fee; original shipping isn't refunded either way. Custom batches and off-season special orders can't be returned at all.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours. After that the batch has been poured for you and can't be un-made.

What our products are — and aren't

Wolf & 60 makes cosmetics. Our lotion moisturizes skin. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing we write anywhere is medical advice.

Skin is personal. Read the ingredients, patch-test if you're sensitive, and stop using it if you react. If you're pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor's care, ask them first.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into it. We may close an account that's being used to defraud or abuse us.

Intellectual property

All content on this site—including the Wolf & 60 name, logo, scent names, product photography, product descriptions, and writing—is the exclusive intellectual property of Wolf & 60, LLC. This includes all product images, founder photography, design elements, and brand materials.

You may not:

• • Copy, reproduce, or download any images or photographs from this site for commercial use or resale
• • Use our photography, logo, or branding in your own business or marketing materials
• • Republish our content without written permission
• • Create derivative works based on our intellectual property
• • Use our content to compete with Wolf & 60

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed or our content has been used without authorization, please contact us at [email protected] with details and we will investigate and take action as needed.

Limits

We stand behind what we make, but we can't be liable for more than what you paid for the order in question.

Where this applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
